I saw a blind man walking down an arcade last week. He had one of those sticks to guide him along, constantly sweeping it back and forth in front of him. In the 20metre's I watched him walk he nearly fell over 3-4 times. Another man walked past and saw me watching and said You don't realise how lucky you are until you see something like that. 10mins before this happened a young girl ran across the road and nearly got flattened by a speeding delivery truck. They swore at each and yelled Watch where your going! Then Life went on. The blind man walked across that road minutes after and it just occurred to me the massive leap of faith he takes every day before he steps out.

Im encouraged to know how undeservingly blessed I am to be able to see where I place my feet. See people with the eyes of the Creator, see their hearts for how He made them not how their character makes you feel. Show them the love that lasts, the love that heals, the love that, when all else fades will remain available to all, as ALL are deserving. Take hold of your blessings which were so carefully and uniquely choose for Your purpose and take a leap of faith.

The biggest lie you could ever believe is that you can sort everything out in life on your own.

I was talking to my Granddad over lunch and he told me this story about my great uncle. 


My uncle has cancer and had heaps of relapses over the years due to infection and so on. Anyways he was in hospital in a coma due to the cancer and was extremely sick and had a doctor watching him in a private ward 24/7. A doctor from another ward came up and said that they needed a bed like the one my uncle was in for another patient. My uncle heard the doctor  say (when he was still in his coma) 'dont worry he's not gunna last the night, he's dying'. My uncle said that he saw Jesus standing next to him and that he said to him 'Your not going to die, your going to be one of mine'. Prior to this he had been a non believer his entire life. My uncle made a full recovery and is now a Christian attending church regularly with his wife.

I was peeking around for info about george bush so i can have a decent argument with Ally about his antics and i came across this....




 'Our media, music, T.V., and radio are full of songs that degrade women, promote excess, and have nothing to do with anyone past the age of 16.  We are drugged with sex, drugs, alcohol, yet everyone is against smoking.  We are constantly shown ads that tell us to buy iphones, xboxes, Wiis, games, pop, chips, hamburgers, and clothes.  Yet, no takes a stand against child labor, war, poverty the environment, or depravity.  Quit looking at your t.v. people.  Take a look at a newspaper.  This world is crap, and there aren't enough people doing something about it.  All I know to do is to write how I feel and let you read it.  All I know is to be open about how I feel and hope you listen and pass the word.  Things will not get better until we make the effort to make them better.  Keep your minds and mouths open.'
